At OmeCam, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day Free Trial of our virtual camera Software so that you can thoroughly test the compatibility, performance, and features on your device before deciding to buy a license.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase an OmeCam license key (1 Month, 3 Months, or Lifetime) and find that it does not meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. You are eligible for a full refund if you submit your request within 7 calendar days of your transaction.

How to Request a Refund

Because all our transactions are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, your refund can be requested in two ways:

  1. Through Paddle: Click on the link provided in your email receipt from Paddle (Paddle.com) to contact Paddle customer support directly and request a refund for your transaction.
  2. Through OmeCam Support: Send an email to support@omecam.com with the subject line "Refund Request". In your email, please provide:
    • The email address used for the purchase
    • Your order Transaction ID (from your receipt)
    • The OmeCam License Key sent to you
    • A brief reason for the refund request (this feedback helps us improve the Software)

Refund Conditions and Processing

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.
  • Once a refund is approved and processed, your OmeCam license key will be automatically deactivated immediately, and you will lose access to premium features in the Software.
  • Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

License Abuse Policy

OmeCam reserves the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of license key sharing, key usage abuse, duplicate refund requests for the same customer, or fraudulent behavior. We strive to be extremely fair, but we must protect our Software from exploitation.
