Welcome to OmeCam. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our virtual camera software application (the "Software"), our website located at https://omecam.store (the "Site"), and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Software. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Software.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, OmeCam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Software on devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal or authorized internal business use.

You assume full responsibility and liability for all media content (videos, images, audio) that you loop, play, inject, or broadcast using the Software.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and payment-related support (such as transactions, billing, tax calculation, and invoicing). By purchasing a license key, you agree to Paddle’s checkout terms and conditions.
Upon successful payment confirmation by Paddle, a license key will be issued to activate the premium version of the Software.
We offer subscription licenses (e.g., monthly, multi-month) and lifetime license options. Details of current pricing and features are available on the Site. We may offer free trial periods to evaluate the Software. Once the trial period expires, you must purchase a license key to continue using premium features.
We may from time to time provide updates, patches, bug fixes, or new versions of the Software. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. OmeCam reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Software at any time without prior notice.
All intellectual property rights in the Software, Site, and Services, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by OmeCam and its licensors. Except for the limited license granted in Section 1, no other rights or licenses are granted to you.
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMECAM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL ALWAYS BYPASS THIRD-PARTY COMPATIBILITY FILTERS OR BLOCKS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OMECAM, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF OMECAM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OMECAM'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangkok, Thailand.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Software or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
